Position Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our growing team as a Virtual Assistant. You'll be responsible for accurately anad efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring its quality and consistency. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a data entry and as a graphic designer, with tech pack software and license submission platforms.
Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed (minimum 40 WPM)
- Ability to learn and use new data entry software and tools
- Basic understanding of database concepts (a plus)
- Customer Service Experience.
- Professional English level
- Data Entry Software.
- Licensing Administration (Desirable).

- Review uploads on PDF for approval.
- Send requests for updates to make the concepts approvable
- Submit to licensor websites.
- Check licensor websites for feedback.
- Relay feedback.
Other responsibilities related to this position:
- Input, transcribe, and code data from various sources (e.g., handwritten forms, scanned documents, online surveys).
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, following established protocols.
- Perform data cleaning and standardization tasks.
- Organize and categorize data into designated systems.
- Update existing data records as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data (a plus).
- Adhere to strict data security and privacy protocols.
